We are a group of seasoned lending professionals and underwriters dedicated to empower mortgage borrowers to take control of their existing loan situation. During the mortgage boom majority of the Lenders were focused on driving volume through their operation and less on the quality of the loans originated. This has resulted in a large percentage of errors that were made on these loans. The mission of Forensic First is to audit your loan and identify these errors, therefore giving you a better chance to negotiate with your Lender. 
 You, the Borrowers are our client and we will provide our services as promised. It does not matter if you are behind in your mortgage, current on your payments, an investor or if you have been turned down for a loan modification by your lender. We have no hidden agenda or ulterior motive. Our service is that of an independent third party that will perform an unparalleled forensic audit of your loan and deliver the results directly to you.
What we are NOT, is a Loan Modification or “Loan Mod” company, a Law Firm or any variation thereof. We will NOT offer any opinion on your legal rights or make promises about stalling your foreclosure, extending your Trustee Sale or any other legal matter affecting you. We will NOT negotiate on your behalf with your Lender or Loan Servicing Company. |
