Borrower Application - Detail Loan application from Borrower
    Borrower Authorization
Form signed by Borrower authorizing Lender to pull his credit and review his personal information for the purpose of loan qualification.
    GFE-
Good Faith Estimate - Estimate of Borrowers Closing costs and loan terms.
    TIL
Truth in Lending - Federally mandated disclosure of loan rate, payment, amount of loan and total of all loan payments through the end of term.
    HUD 1
Settlement Statement - Detailed accounting statement for the loan and how the money is disbursed at closing.
    NOTE
The IOU that the Borrower signs for the loan.
    Deed of Trust/Mortgage
This is the lien on the property or collateral agreement against your property.
    Right of Rescission
Form that gives the Borrower the right to change their mind about a refinance within three days of signing the loan documents.
